GUIDE TO ADVERTISERS

Advertisement Types and Corresponding Rates

Bookings are accepted on a page basis. The size of the page is A4 size (29.5 cm x 21 cm). The following advertisement rates are per issue and generally grouped according to the advertisement's position in the journal and size.

Terms and Conditions 

The ADVERTISER refers to the party (organization or company) who books the advertising space, and shall be responsible for payments. The PUBLISHER refers to the Journal of the ASEAN Federation of Endocrine Societies (JAFES) who shall make decisions regarding consideration and acceptance of advertisements.

All advertisement bookings/orders are subject to acceptance in writing from the JAFES Business Manager (through jafes.editor@gmail.com) and are subject to the following conditions: Booking for advertisements shall be on a "first-reserved, first-served" basis. Inquiries for reservation or availability of advertising space may be directed to jafes.editor@gmail.com with the email heading "ADVERTISEMENT INQUIRY; [Company Name]."

  • The Publisher reserves the right to decline or approve for publication all advertisements submitted.
  • The Publisher reserves the right to modify or alter all advertisements submitted to bring them in conformity with the journal's style, unless called for by the type of advertisement (e.g., bleeding advertisements).
  • The Publisher reserves the right to place the term "Advertisement" on the submitted advertisement as deemed necessary by the Editorial Board.
  • The advertisements shall conform to the JAFES Publication Specifications outlined by the Graphics Editor and in accordance with the sizes booked.
  • Additional costs incurred when altering material size shall be met by the Advertiser.
  • The Publisher reserves the right to change, i.e., increase, advertisement rates at any time or to amend the terms of contract as regards space or frequency of insertions. In this instance, the Advertiser has the option of cancelling the balance of the contract without surcharge,
  • When copy is not received on the deadline set by the JAFES Staff, the last copy for similar space will be used or the space will be charged as if the advertisement had appeared.
  • Communications or orders through phone or verbal agreement shall not be entertained or considered unless followed through immediately with the official Advertisement Booking/Request form through e-mail.
  • Payment should be made within thirty (30) days on the date of invoice.
